Basic Pricing

Basic 4" concrete slabs start at $ 9.50 per sq. ft.
Footers are priced per size and details.
Pump for placing concrete that is unreachable by concrete truck is $450.00 for the first truck and $100 for each truck afterwards.
6" slabs start at $ 11.00 per sq. ft.
Demolition for driveways that are being replaced by T & M Concrete LLC are priced at $ 1.25 per sq. ft.
All other demolition must be priced after examination.
Termite soil treatment if needed is $ 225.00 or .25 cents per sq. ft., whichever is greater.
Fill dirt, sod removal and hauling of debris is priced per job site conditions.
All forms, finish grading and labor included in pricing.

Our minimum for concrete is $ 2,350.00 for jobs from 0 to 260 sq. ft. Removing sod and hauling away debris may add some cost to your project. Please call or fill out a form submission on our Contact page.
